Over the past 10 years, the Sonoma County Office of Education has hosted a teaching and learning summer institute to allow local educators to think deeply about transforming learning experiences for students. To prepare for the 2022-23 academic year, SCOE will once again offer a learning institute for teachers, counselors, administrators, paraprofessionals, and students to work together to collectively meet the critical educational moment we are facing.

The 11th annual Institute will be held on August 2-4. There is no cost to participate, and stipends will be made available to Sonoma County teachers, counselors, and paraprofessionals who attend. While it is not required, we strongly encourage attendees to participate in the Institute as part of a school or district team so that you can get the added benefit of a shared learning experience.
